1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and linbet ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the linbet website located at linbet.ws and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and all other products offered through the platform.

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Own account only: You must be registering and operating a single account in your own true name. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (set via your linbet account) or pursuant to any responsible-gaming scheme you have subscribed to.
• Single account rule: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on linbet. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• No prior ban: You must not have previously had a linbet account closed, terminated or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.

linbet may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended pending review and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by linbet, you must register a personal account. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

linbet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits into and withdrawals from your linbet account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

linbet periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated for each promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active do not count toward wagering.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or stake that may count toward wagering requirements is ৳500 per round or spin, unless a different limit is stated in the specific promotion. Bets above this limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Promotional abuse: linbet reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or collusion between players.
• linbet's discretion: linbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where continued operation would constitute a technical error, fraud risk or regulatory concern.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the linbet platform. Product-specific rules (for example, specific cricket betting rules, blackjack or baccarat rules) are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the linbet platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deceive linbet in any way.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Use of bots or automated systems: Deploying automated software, scripts, bots or any non-human tool to interact with the linbet platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live table games or sports betting pools.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in ways that were not intended, including through coordinated wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a linbet deposit without first contacting linbet support to attempt resolution.
• Money laundering: Using the linbet platform to process, conceal or transfer funds of unlawful origin. linbet cooperates with all relevant authorities and has Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in place.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the linbet platform if you are under 21 years of age.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the linbet platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game content (provided under licence from third-party studios), and branding — is the intellectual property of linbet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the linbet platform or its content without express written permission from linbet. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits linbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
